In the area of building diagnosis, which is in increasing demand, another employee has gained an additional qualification through successful participation in the multi-day seminar on ´Building Diagnosis - Localization and Mapping in Concrete Parts´ at the Bauhaus Further Education Academy Weimar e.V.With the methods of non-destructive building diagnosis (ZfPBau) using radar, ultrasound and impact echo, concrete structures can be examined during condition assessment, damage analysis and quality assurance. Areas of application are the detection and localization of built-in parts and imperfections as well as thickness measurement, geometry determination and volume mapping.With the result that in the case of renovation, change or conversion, thicknesses can be mapped, plans verified or newly created and areas selected for further destructive investigations.
